On 1st of May, 2023, a 19 years old male visited to Apollo Tele Medicine department at Pangi Center, Himachal Pradesh Telehealth Services, with complaint of rashes all over face, both hands and legs which were of itchy nature with watery discharge for the past two days and seeking specialist consultation for his skin condition.

The paramedic on duty checked for vitals and recorded as BP 100/60mmhg, PR 72b/m, SpO2 96% (RA), RR 22b/m and Temp 98.6F. The Paramedic immediately booked an appointment under Dermatologist and arranged Tele consultation on same day where Dr. Srikanth (Dermatologist) who attended the case and examined the patient virtually. The specialist gave diagnosis as Dermatitis with Acneiform eruptions and advised Tablet Cetcip 10mg HS AF for 6 days and Momate F 10g for LA twice daily for 6 days. He also advised to avoid scratching of lesions and to review after 1 week.

On 15th of May, the patient re-visited to Apollo Tele medicine center for a review consultation with Dermatologist. Paramedic took vital signs of patient which were normal. A tele-consultation under dermatologist Dr. Chetana was attended who reviewed the case and found very good improvement in patient’s condition.

The specialist advised the patient to continue Tablet Cetcip 10mg HS for another 1 week and to apply Clear AP gel on lesions once a day for 2 weeks. The patient thanked the doctors and the staff for the treatment provided which improved his condition.
